Job summary

The NRP Group LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Project Superintendent to coordinate and supervise on-site activities for residential projects, ensuring work aligns with plans, budgets, and schedules.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Construction or Civil field, 5+ years’ experience with multi-family builds, and strong MS Office/Project skills. OSHA/First Aid training is preferred, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil field or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing the construction of multi-family projects.
• Proficient MS Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project; strong communication.
• Knowledge of site work, utility infrastructure, structural building, mechanical and interior finishes.

Responsibilities

• Organize sequencing of field operations and materials staging.
• Prepare project updates, documentation and related administrative duties.
• Ensure safety and quality procedures are followed on site.
• Coordinate deliveries and subcontractor management to keep projects on schedule.
• Report progress to project management and oversee scheduling and documentation.
