Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Project Superintendent to manage on-site construction for residential multi-family projects. You will coordinate field operations, ensure adherence to design, schedule, and budget, and lead a team of subcontractors across complex sites.

Ideal candidates have at least five years of multi-family construction management, strong safety and communications skills, and the ability to oversee project documentation and compliance from pre-construction through occupancy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing the construction of multi-family projects with stable employment history.
• Knowledge of site work, utility infrastructure, structural building, mechanical and interior finishes required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field preferred or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Organize sequencing of field operations, staging of materials and satellite office.
• Prepare project updates, documentation and related administrative duties.
• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure project is constructed per design and project commitments.
• Coordinate deliveries and material staging to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed as defined by the company safety program and applicable Codes.
• Approve and process monthly subcontractor and vendor payment applications.
