Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent to coordinate and supervise on-site construction of residential multifamily complexes. You will ensure work aligns with project documents, safety standards, and scheduling commitments while maintaining professional conduct.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree related to construction and have at least 5 years of experience managing multi-family projects, with strong MS Word/Excel and communication skills. OSHA 10 a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing the construction of multi-family projects.
• Knowledge of site work, utility infrastructure, structural building, mechanical and interior finishes required.

Responsibilities

• Organize sequencing of field operations, staging of materials and satellite office.
• Prepare project updates, documentation and related administrative duties.
• Solve problems, prioritize and multi-task while maintaining excellent communication and organizational skills.
