Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Field Superintendent of Construction to lead on-site activities under the Project Superintendent. You will oversee direct leadership, coordination of subcontractors, and ensure quality and safety across the project from conception to completion.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of multi-family construction experience, strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. OSHA 10 or 30 certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school, with diploma.
• Education in the construction related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing the construction of multi-family projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and supervision of on-site construction activities.
• Manage resources, subcontractors, labor, materials and equipment while ensuring quality.
• Communicate effectively to resolve conflicts among project participants.
• Maintain a safe working environment on site.
