Job summary

Brinkman Construction is seeking a General Superintendent to lead Field Management and craft teams on multiple Denver-area projects—from preconstruction through closeout. You will drive safety, quality, schedule adherence, procurement, and budget controls while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires extensive GC leadership experience, advanced scheduling and budgeting skills, and a track record of mentoring teams and managing complex ground-up work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15-20+ years of experience with a General Contractor.
• 10+ years in a lead role across ground-up projects (commercial, multi-family, healthcare, institutional).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and project management apps.
• OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, SWMP, and CO Class A license strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide decisive leadership for field management and craft teams across multiple projects.
• Mentor staff and set clear performance expectations with regular feedback.
• Oversee safety program and enforce safety on all sites.
• Coordinate buyout, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement with executives.
• Maintain project status reporting, cost control, and client satisfaction.
