Job summary

Brinkman Construction seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead job-sites and drive successful project completion. Responsibilities include master scheduling, QA/QC oversight, and enforcing safety standards across projects ranging from multifamily to industrial.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in construction management with a General Contractor.
• Lead superintendent experience across ground-up projects (multifamily, commercial, medical, manufacturing, industrial).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and PM tools; read drawings and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Master Schedule and 4-week look-ahead schedules.
• Oversee QA/QC program to meet highest quality standards.
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and SWMP.
• Coordinate permitting, inspection entities, and third-party testing.
• Manage subcontractors' contractual obligations and performance.
• Train and mentor direct reports for scalable leadership.
• Lead preconstruction meetings and weekly on-site coordination meetings.
• Ensure proper project closeout and As-Built drawings.
