Brinkman Construction seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead daily field construction on multifamily projects. You will provide leadership, training, and support to field staff, coordinating with owners, designers, inspectors, and subcontractors to meet project goals.

You will drive safety, QA/QC, budget discipline, and schedule adherence, while mentoring staff and communicating project health analytics to leadership on a monthly basis. A strong GC background is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 10-15+ years of experience as a seasoned construction professional with a General Contractor.
• Leadership and completion of large-scale multifamily projects over $80 million.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring experience.
• Ability to interact comfortably with a broad range of individuals, from craft to ownership.
• Ability to report project health analytics monthly.
• Strong technical understanding of design documents and commercial construction methods.
• Colorado Class A Contractor License strongly preferred
• OSHA 30 Certification
• First Aid / CPR certification
• SWMP certification
• LEED certifications preferred but not required

Aufgaben

• Train and mentor staff to grow and advance in their careers and achieve their goals.
• Work with Safety Manager to establish project safety and daily inspections including JHAs.
• Onsite implementation of the QA/QC program.
• Maintain the field budget with project teams.
• Create and manage project schedule; produce look-ahead schedules.
• Monitor field labor, equipment, and rentals to avoid cost overruns and document costs monthly.
• Coordinate with permitting, inspection entities, and third-party testing agencies.
• Ensure startup by attending kick-off meetings with the team.
• Assist in closeout management and ensure tasks are completed timely.
• Support Warranty Manager by addressing callbacks and applying lessons learned.
