Brinkman Construction Inc. seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead day-to-day field construction activities on a multifamily project. You will provide leadership, training, and support to field staff while interfacing with owners, designers, inspectors, and subcontractors.

You will drive safety, QA/QC, budget control, and schedule development, with responsibility from startup through closeout. A strong leadership track record on large-scale projects is essential for success.

Competenze

10-15+ years of construction leadership with a General Contractor background.
Successful leadership and completion of large-scale multifamily projects over $80 million.
Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring experience.
Ability to interact effectively with a broad range of individuals, from craft to project ownership.
Current driver’s license with acceptable MVR and valid status.

Mansioni

Train and mentor staff to grow and advance in their careers and achieve goals.
Partner with Safety Manager to establish project safety and daily safety inspections (JHAs).
Oversee QA/QC program implementation on site.
Manage field budget and look-ahead schedules with project teams.
Coordinate permitting, inspections, and third-party testing agencies.
Lead startup, kickoff, and closeout activities with the project team.
Support Warranty Manager to address callbacks and apply lessons learned.
