Brinkman Construction Inc. seeks a General Superintendent to lead field management and craft teams across multiple projects from preconstruction to closeout. You will drive schedule adherence, quality, safety, procurement, and budget with accountability and client satisfaction at the core.

This role partners with the Construction Executive, mentors staff, and ensures compliance with policies while building strong client relationships and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years in general contracting with leadership experience.
• 10+ years leading ground-up projects across commercial/multi-family/healthcare.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and PM tools.
• Certifications: OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, SWMP; Colorado Class A preferred.
• Ability to recruit, mentor, and manage field teams; maintain safety & QA/QC.

Responsabilités

• Lead field management and craft teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Mentor staff and set clear performance expectations.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and logistics.
• Drive safety program and enforce safety culture on all sites.
• Coordinate buyout, equipment, manpower, and subcontractor relationships.
• Maintain client relationships and effective project communications.
