Job summary

Brinkman Construction Inc. seeks a seasoned Superintendent to lead on-site operations for diverse ground-up projects.

You will drive scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance while coordinating with owners, inspectors, and subcontractors to ensure timely, within-budget delivery. The role requires 5+ years with a general contractor and experience across multifamily, commercial, medical, manufacturing, and industrial builds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of construction management experience with a General Contractor.
• Lead superintendent experience with ground-up projects (multifamily, commercial, medical, manufacturing, industrial).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and project management tools.
• Strong understanding of contract documents and ability to manage a project largely independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead job-site activities and drive successful project completion.
• Create and maintain Master Schedule and 4-week look-ahead schedules.
• Enforce QA/QC programs and safety standards on site.
• Coordinate permitting, inspections, and third-party testing.
• Manage subcontractor obligations and on-site coordination meetings.
