Job summary

Brinkman Construction seeks a General Superintendent to lead our field management and craft teams across multiple projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction.

You will mentor staff, manage budgets and procurement, oversee safety programs, and coordinate with the Construction Executive to assemble project teams and drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15-20+ years of experience with a General Contractor.
• 10+ years in a lead role with various ground-up project types (commercial, mixed-use, multi-family, medical, senior living, institutional healthcare).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, construction scheduling software, and project management applications.
• OSHA 30 Certification, First Aid/CPR Certification, SWMP Certification, Colorado Class A Contractor License preferred.

• Cultivate a project environment with engaged, high-performing teams.
• Act as a mentor to team members and provide regular feedback.
• Recruit, manage, and mentor field management and craft staff; assist hiring decisions.
