Brinkman Construction in Denver, CO seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead day-to-day field coordination for a multifamily project. You will direct field staff, collaborate with owners, designers, inspectors, and subcontractors to meet project goals and ensure quality construction.

You will train staff, enforce safety standards with the Safety Manager, implement QA/QC, and manage budgets and schedules. A strong leadership record on large multifamily builds and relevant certifications is required.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience as a seasoned construction professional with a General Contractor.

Responsabilités

• Train and mentor staff to grow professionally.
• Support safety with the Safety Manager and daily inspections.
• Onsite QA/QC program implementation.
• Manage field budget and look-ahead schedules.
• Control field labor, equipment, and rentals to avoid overruns; report costs.
• Coordinate permitting, inspections, and third-party testing.
• Lead startup and closeout processes; attend related meetings.
• Assist Warranty Manager with timely callbacks and lessons learned.
