Job summary

System One in the Denver metro area is seeking a Senior/General Superintendent to lead field operations on multiple commercial projects. This hands-on, leadership role oversees Superintendents and ensures schedules, safety, quality, and budget targets are met.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years of commercial construction supervision, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with PMs, subcontractors, and owners.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
• Experience overseeing commercial field operations.
• Experience managing multiple jobsites or multiple superintendents.
• Strong knowledge of plans, specs and contract documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Procore experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations for multiple commercial projects in the Denver metro area.
• Provide leadership and direction to Project Superintendents.
• Manage schedules, milestones and field production.
• Ensure work aligns with schedule, budget, plans and specs.
• Coordinate with PMs, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers and owners.
• Promote safety, quality, cleanliness and productivity on site.
• Review schedules and address delays; develop recovery plans.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits across active projects.
• Support Superintendents with field issues and solutions.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance.
