HDR is seeking a North America BES CFS Lead to provide leadership, strategy, and operational direction for the BES Construction Field Services program. You will drive growth, align cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality Construction Administration and Construction Management services across regions. The role emphasizes safety, program scalability, and engagement with HDR’s employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction planning and management.
• Experience with Procore, Primavera, Bluebeam, and related CM software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture; visa sponsorship not available for this position.
