HDR is seeking a Building Engineering Services (BES) CFS Lead to provide leadership, strategy, and operational direction for the North American BES CFS program. You will drive growth, profitability, and technical excellence in Construction Administration and Construction Management services across regions and market sectors.

Qualifications

• Strong people skills and ability to interact with Owner, Engineer and other stakeholders.
• Experience with construction management software (Procore, Prolog, Primavera, Bluebeam).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Science or closely related field.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead the long-term vision and growth strategy for BES CFS, aligned with BES and corporate objectives.
• Drive expansion toward a scaled, Data Center focused market sector CFS business through targeted market positioning and strategic pursuits.
• Partner with market sector, regional, area and technical leadership to identify and capture large, programmatic opportunities.
• Operationalize and refine the BES CFS Strategic Plan, translating initiatives into executable programs, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Align market sector, professional services, and operations leadership to deliver consistent execution across regions.
• Drive implementation of enterprise initiatives in alignment with BES priorities.
• Support professional services in establishing standardized processes, procedures, and delivery frameworks across CFS.
• Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and digital delivery across the CFS program.
• Drive overall CFS financial performance, including net fees booked, net fees earned, profitability, utilization, and growth metrics.
• Lead development of CFS pricing strategies, including overhead structures and markups, to support competitive positioning.
• Partner with operations to optimize staffing models via informed, data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with regional directors to align staffing, workload, and delivery capacity.
• Support area based growth strategies and resource planning across the matrix organization.
• Drive consistent approaches to project staffing, utilization, and workshare.
• Lead the CFS leadership team and promote career development and succession planning.
