Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions seeks a Service Delivery Manager to oversee maintenance and field services for our clients. You will manage a team of about 25 technicians, ensuring timely service delivery and strong customer relationships.

This role requires balancing administrative and technical duties in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should demonstrate leadership, cost awareness, and the ability to communicate with non-IT stakeholders while upholding high service standards and driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years of progressive experience.
• Strong leadership and crisis management abilities.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-IT managers.
• Proven track record in leading teams and driving service delivery.
• Capable of managing budgets, forecasts, and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end maintenance and service delivery to Toshiba clients.
• Lead a team of ~25 technicians, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Identify customer issues and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Forecast, plan, and manage labor, inventory and travel costs.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
