Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a Service Specialist in Birmingham, AL to service and support existing customers, respond to service calls, and handle small projects. Qualifications

• 3-5 years servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems.
• Experience with CCTV systems such as Milestone/Genetec is preferred.
• Access control experience with AMAG/Lenel/Genetec/Software House - CCURE/S2.
• Intrusion experience with DMP/Bosch.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine service calls, scheduled maintenance, and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and replace defective parts; install projects as needed.
• Prepare accurate service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
• Provide custom system integrations and system upgrades as required.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall operations and customer satisfaction.
