Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in IT, networking, field service, or related tech.
• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain required security clearance.
• Willing to obtain CompTIA Security+ or CISSP within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote upgrades and troubleshooting of Motorola ASTRO systems.
• Troubleshoot networking, cybersecurity, Active Directory, and LMR components.
• Document and report weekly activities and accomplishments.
