Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two-year electronics or mechanical engineering degree or equivalent field experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor technicians; SME for the product line.
• Lead projects requiring technical expertise.
• Provide remote and on-site support across the Americas.
• Communicate technical issues to management and support teams.
• Attend training classes worldwide to stay current on products.
