Rivian is seeking an experienced Senior Field Service Technician to lead complex vehicle repairs and field operations. The role requires diagnosing tough issues across service centers and remote sites while mentoring teammates. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with optional Saturdays and a 5pm–2am shift, plus a 15% night diff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in automotive repair with bumper-to-bumper diagnostics.
• HV high‑voltage experience and related diagnostics welcomed.
• Willingness to travel regionally and lead others.

Responsabilités

• Advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on vehicles in service centers and field environments.
• Provide high-level diagnostic guidance and remote troubleshooting.
• Coach, mentor, and train junior technicians; lead problem-solving.
• Use specialized diagnostic tools to resolve HV and network faults.
• Conduct road tests to verify repair quality and standardize processes.
• Oversee parts operations including ordering, receiving, and inventory.
• Document technical feedback for field engineers and leadership.
