Job summary

Rivian Automotive seeks an experienced Senior Field Service Technician to lead advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and field operations across service centers and customer sites. You'll mentor junior technicians, drive continuous improvement, and use specialized tools to diagnose high-voltage and network systems while coordinating with cross-functional teams and production plants as needed.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years of automotive repair experience preferred.
• 3 to 8+ years of hands-on High Voltage (HV) experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Continuous improvement and process standardization experience.

Responsibilities

• Advanced diagnostics & complex repairs on vehicles in service centers and field settings.
• Provide high-level diagnostic guidance and remote troubleshooting.
• Coach, mentor, and train junior technicians; lead problem-solving.
• Use specialized diagnostic tools to resolve HV and network faults.
• Ensure repair quality with road testing and documentation.
