Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in maintenance coordination or field service support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with maintenance management systems, scheduling tools, or ERP software.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or industrial equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for field service technicians.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding service appointments and updates.
• Monitor service requests, assign work orders, and track progress to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain records of service activities, equipment history, and parts usage.
• Support field technicians with logistics, documentation, and resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and service protocols.
• Assist in preparing reports on service performance, costs, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with operations, parts, and customer service to resolve issues and improve workflows.
