Integra Mission Critical, LLC. seeks a Field Service Superintendent to lead diverse field operations across electrical, HVAC, generator, and building automation systems from Houston.

You will oversee technicians, drive safety and quality, manage staffing and scheduling, and partner with project managers and clients to deliver on schedule and within scope. Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive field service, maintenance, commissioning, construction, or technical operations experience.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience leading multi-discipline technical teams.
• Experience managing electrical, HVAC, generator, critical power, controls, or mission-critical facilities service operations.
• Experience in data centers, industrial facilities, healthcare, manufacturing, or critical infrastructure environments preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and field service management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily field service operations across multiple technical disciplines (electrical, HVAC, generators, building automation/controls).
• Direct supervision of technicians and field service leads; manage hiring, performance, and workforce planning.
• Promote safety programs, conduct field audits, ensure OSHA compliance and regulatory records.
• Manage customer relationships, coordinate with project management and customers to meet requirements.
• Ensure work quality per standards, perform QA reviews, and drive process standardization.
• Support budgeting, monitor labor utilization, review timesheets and work orders, and report key metrics.
