Integra is seeking a Field Service Superintendent to lead and optimize field service operations across Electrical, HVAC, Generator, and Controls disciplines in a Houston-based role. You will oversee highly skilled technicians, drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating with project managers and customers to ensure staffing and execution excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive field service, maintenance, commissioning, construction, or technical operations experience.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience leading multi-discipline technical teams.
• Experience managing electrical, HVAC, generator, critical power, controls, or mission-critical facility service operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily field service operations across multiple technical disciplines, including electrical, HVAC, generator, and building automation systems.
• Direct supervision of Electrical, HVAC, Generator, Controls Technicians, Field Service Leads, and other personnel.
• Coordinate manpower, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution of field service work.
• Monitor service delivery performance, productivity, utilization, and customer response times.
• Collaborate with Operations, Project Management, and Customers to ensure seamless execution of requirements.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical leadership to develop workforce capabilities.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback; identify training needs and coordinate development opportunities.
