Job summary

Integra, based in Houston, is seeking a Field Service Lead – Controls to oversee BAS/BMS commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance across multiple client sites. You will serve as the technical lead, mentor field technicians, and coordinate service activities to ensure reliable system performance and strong customer relationships.

The role requires deep knowledge of control sequences, low‑voltage wiring, and integration with building systems, plus travel up to 85%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years with BAS/BMS control systems in relevant platforms.
• Senior/lead or mentoring experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
• Certifications such as OSHA/NFPA/ASE are a plus.
• Strong understanding of control sequences and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance across client sites.
• Serve as primary technical escalation point for complex issues.
• Mentor field service technicians with on-the-job training.
• Plan, assign, and prioritize daily service activities and projects.
• Install, configure, and optimize BAS/BMS systems and networks.
• Conduct diagnostics, calibration, and performance tuning.
• Review wiring diagrams and control sequences for accuracy.
• Communicate system status and actions to customers.
• Document service activities, changes, and recommendations.
• Uphold safety standards and company procedures.
