Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Field Service Representative to join our U.S. Services team.

You will perform assembly, startup, diagnostic, repair and preventive maintenance on power distribution equipment at customer sites, with entry to advanced diagnostic tasks and field service reports. You'll work in dynamic environments, collaborate with customers and partners, and receive training using digital and physical tools.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints/schematics.
• NFPA-70E or OSHA experience preferred.
• Strong safety awareness and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience in field service or customer-facing roles is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Pre-site startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modifications.
• Collaborate with customers, electricians, sales partners, and district teams to solve issues.
• Complete field service reports, expense reports, and startup data sheets.
• Escalate and resolve complex issues with management or regional directors.
• Engage in continuous learning and on-the-job training.
