Job summary

Schneider Electric is hiring a Field Service Representative to assemble, startup, diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on power distribution and critical power infrastructure in diverse environments.

You will read blueprints, work with electrical systems, and provide excellent customer service while adhering to safety standards. Training includes on-site, classroom, and global resources; local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints/schematics and apply electrical knowledge.
• Understand AC and DC power and related components.
• Follow safety procedures and polices; wear PPE.
• Provide strong customer service and problem solving in the field.

Responsibilities

• Pre-site startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modification of equipment.
• Troubleshoot with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Complete field service reports and data sheets; travel as needed.
• Collaborate with managers to resolve escalated issues.
• Engage in ongoing training on products and tools.
