Job summary

BearCom is seeking a Field Service Manager in Evans, Colorado to lead day-to-day field operations and mentor a team of technicians and installers in wireless communications.

You will coordinate projects, prepare quotes, and ensure timely installation and repair tasks while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Some travel and on-call duties are required to support customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in technical management in wireless
• Experience developing and directing new business opportunities via customer interface
• Knowledge of vendor resources and complex project implementations
• Understanding of business practices and P&L responsibility
• Excellent customer relationships skills and RF/wireless systems knowledge

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and service assignments.
• Liaise between BearCom technicians and Motorola or end customer.
• Prepare quotes, bids and schedules for installation and repairs.
• Organize and schedule upcoming field work.
• Provide hands-on technical support in field operations.
• Diagnose, repair and program radios and wireless equipment.
• Perform FATP tests and site surveys per customer requirements.
• Oversee installation of base stations, radios and related hardware.
• Travel and on-call duties may be required.
