BearCom is seeking a Field Service Manager to supervise day-to-day operations in the Garland, TX area. You will lead a technician and installer team, coordinating with customers, vendors, and management to ensure timely installation and repair tasks.

Responsibilities include project management, quoting, scheduling, field support, and ensuring service quality. Travel up to 25% and on-call duties may apply, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in technical management in wireless industry or similar.
• Experience developing, qualifying, and directing new business opportunities through customer interface and requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of vendor networks and experience managing complex project implementations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Field Service Department in the assigned area.
• Lead a technician and installer team with varying levels of competence.
• Coordinate with customers, product vendors, and senior management to plan and execute installations and repairs.
• Prepare quotes, bids, and schedules for field tasks and travel arrangements.
• Provide hands-on technical support and oversee equipment installations and testing.
• Ensure safety standards and performance of wireless communications equipment.
