Job summary

BearCom is hiring a Field Service Technician I in Denver to install and support wireless communications systems. You’ll deliver excellent customer service and practical solutions that meet customer needs.

The role involves basic programming, mobile installations, and troubleshooting radios with potential travel and on-call shifts. Training and on-the-job development are provided.

Qualifications

• Basic Electronics background (12V/low-voltage).
• RF/telecommunications/Networking experience a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Must have valid driver’s license; drug screen and background checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Create basic programming codeplugs (less than 12 channels).
• Perform basic mobile installations (radio, antenna, modem, DC-DC converters).
• Troubleshoot and repair defective two-way radios and related equipment.
• Some regional/overnight travel and on-call hours may be required.

Job Description

As a Field Service Technician I with BearCom, you will be involved in the installation and support of wireless communications systems.

Our Technicians are the heart of every service location, and we rely on their expertise in the delivery of the best service and solutions for our customers. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and possess the technical ability to create imaginative solutions that meet and exceed the most challenging customer needs.

• Create Basic Programming Codeplugs (less than 12 channels)
