Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Field Service Specialist to provide senior technical support across the MHE Solutions network. You will lead field-based initiatives, validate equipment readiness, and mentor technicians to ensure safety and reliability.

You will collaborate with Operations leadership to optimize startup deployments, address disruptions, and drive continuous improvement while upholding Kenco's standards for service quality and safety across sites nationwide.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
5-8 years of experience in material handling equipment service or related technical field.
2-4 years of supervisory or lead technician experience required.
Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, and/or automated systems.
Experience training or mentoring others in technical environments.
Capable of working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; able to set up an iPad.

Responsibilities

Coordinate readiness activities for new site startups, including budget tracking and status reporting.
Provide on-site technical leadership for startups, outages, and staffing needs.
Deliver hands-on coaching, technical training, and feedback to field technicians.
Partner with Ops Managers to assess workforce readiness and operational efficiency.
Ensure equipment readiness, business continuity, and service performance across sites.
