Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Field Service Specialist to lead field operations, provide expert troubleshooting, and coach service technicians across the MHE Solutions network. You will partner with site leadership to improve service performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure equipment readiness during startups and disruptions.

You will also deliver onboarding, technical training, and readiness assessments while supporting workforce development and safety standards across sites.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in material handling equipment service or related technical field
• 2-4 years of supervisory or lead technician experience
• Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, and/or automated systems
• Ability to train and mentor others in technical environments
• Capable working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; iPad setup proficiency

Responsibilities

• Coordinate readiness activities for new site startups, track budgets and resources
• Provide hands-on technical leadership during startups, disruptions, and staffing needs
• Deliver technician onboarding, coaching, and field-based training programs
• Evaluate technical proficiency and provide readiness assessments to leadership
• Support workforce readiness, process improvements, and service delivery improvements
