Job summary
Kenco Logistics is seeking a Field Service Specialist to act as a senior technical resource across the MHE Solutions network. You will lead field-based onboarding, assess technical readiness, and provide expert troubleshooting for complex equipment.
This role requires partnering with Operations to improve service performance, safety, and reliability. The position involves traveling up to 50-75% and delivering on-site technical leadership for startup and disruption management while coaching
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in material handling equipment service or related technical field.
- 2-4 years of supervisory or lead technician experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting mechanical/electrical/automated systems.
- Experience training or mentoring others in technical environments.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate startup readiness activities for new site startups and budget planning.
- Monitor startup expenditures and provide reporting to leadership.
- On-site technical leadership for facility startups and staffing needs.
- Deliver hands-on coaching and technical training to field technicians.
- Serve as escalation point for complex equipment and system issues.
- Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
