Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Field Service Specialist to lead technical field activities for MHE solutions across new sites and ongoing operations. You will coordinate readiness, resource deployment, and onboarding while partnering with leadership to drive service performance and continuous improvement.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical/electrical/automated systems, supervision experience, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel 50%–75% is expected.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
5-8 years of experience in material handling equipment service, maintenance, or related technical field.
2-4 years of supervisory or lead technician experience preferred.
Proven ability to train and mentor others in technical environments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate startup readiness activities for new site startups and monitor budgets.
Provide on-site technical leadership for facility startups, disruptions, and staffing needs.
Deliver hands-on coaching and technical training to field technicians and onboarding support.
