Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Field Service Specialist to act as a senior technical resource across the MHE Solutions network, delivering field-based coaching, onboarding support, and advanced troubleshooting. You will collaborate with leadership to improve service performance and operational excellence.

You will oversee startup readiness, training programs, and workforce readiness while ensuring equipment readiness and business continuity across sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 5–8 years in material handling equipment service or related technical field.
• 2–4 years of supervisory or lead technician experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate readiness activities for new site startups and track budgets.
• Monitor startup expenditures and provide reporting to leadership.
• Lead technician onboarding and field training with SME support.
• Perform technical assessments and provide hiring recommendations.
• Provide on-site technical leadership for startups and critical staffing needs.
• Serve as escalation point for complex equipment and system issues.
