Hitachi Energy USA Inc. in Raleigh, North Carolina, seeks a Field Service Team Leader to manage a team of Service Engineers and oversee field service delivery, commissioning support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and modernization across North America.

You will balance technical execution, resource planning, and customer satisfaction while driving continuous improvement and strategic service initiatives. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 5 years leading a service

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading or managing a service-related organization.
• Experience with automation, protection, control, communications, or similar technical systems.

Mansioni

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Service Engineers and support personnel across field service activities.
• Oversee day-to-day service operations to deliver safe, high-quality, and cost-effective solutions.
• Plan and coordinate field service, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and modernization activities.
• Allocate resources effectively to support customer commitments and operational priorities.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive operational excellence initiatives across the service organization.
