Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading or managing a service-related organization.
• Experience with automation, protection, control, communications, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Service Engineers and support personnel across field service.
• Oversee day-to-day service operations to deliver safe, high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
• Plan and coordinate field service, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and modernization.
• Allocate resources effectively to support customer commitments and priorities.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive operational excellence initiatives.
• Support customer meetings, escalation management, and strategic account engagements.
• Partner with Sales to identify new service opportunities and strengthen relationships.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
