Hitachi Energy NAM Grid Integration in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Field Service Team Leader to guide the Field Service Team and deliver service offerings across the United States and Canada. You will manage resources, drive safety, and ensure high-quality execution of our service portfolio, including upgrades, spare parts, and 24/7 support.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in electrical systems and service, strong leadership and troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in electrical systems and service.
Experience leading troubleshooting events and teaching technical abilities to teams.
Experience with maintenance procedures.
Knowledge of HVDC / FACTS systems and their grid applications.

Grow, develop, and motivate the Field Service Team.
Resource expansion to support growing customer base.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
Plan and manage Field Service resources and activities.
