Forgent Power is seeking a Sr. Field Service Engineer to serve as the technical authority for commissioning, protection, and transformer diagnostics in complex field environments.

You will lead on-site teams, coordinate safety practices, and drive continuous improvement across outages and modernization projects. Competenze

• 11+ years of field experience with MV/HV switchgear, protection and control systems or equivalent technical degree plus field experience.
• Ability to lead field crews and manage on-site execution for complex commissioning and service events.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 70E/OSHA safety practices and arc-flash risk controls.

Mansioni

• Lead commissioning and startup of complete electrical systems, including acceptance testing and verification of performance.
• Serve as primary technical escalation point for advanced control, protection, and integration issues.
• Plan and perform advanced diagnostics for equipment and protection/control issues.
