Eaton’s Engineering Service & Systems Division is seeking a Senior Field Service Representative to join our team in the United States. The role focuses on startup, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical distribution systems, with opportunities to lead smaller projects and mentor technicians.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in relevant electrical service or 7+ years with trade school, be able to travel, and maintain safety certifications.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or higher with 3 years of experience evaluating and servicing electrical distribution or control systems, or 7+ years with trade school.
• No relocation offered; candidates within 70-mile radius considered.
• Driver's license required and clean Motor Vehicle Record per policy.
• This role requires driving an Eaton vehicle and occasional long-distance travel.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers across the power system lifecycle: startup, commissioning, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, and emergencies.
• Manage small projects independently and lead FSR teams on larger projects.
• Generate timely and accurate service reports on work, product performance, and warranties.
• Provide recommendations for improved electrical systems.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, team members, and partners.
• Mentor less experienced technicians.
