Job summary

Eaton's Engineering Service & Systems Division is seeking a Senior Field Service Representative in Massachusetts to support customers across the power system lifecycle, including startup, commissioning, maintenance, testing and emergencies.

The role requires leading small projects, mentoring technicians, generating service reports, and delivering recommendations to enhance electrical systems while building strong customer relationships. Travel and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher with 3+ years working on electrical distribution or control systems.
• No relocation; candidates within 70 miles considered.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record.
• Ability to travel within district/state/region/country as required.
• Must meet Eaton safety program and Field Certified Level 3 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support customers across the power system lifecycle: startup, commissioning, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, and emergencies.
• Manage small projects independently and lead FSR teams on larger projects.
• Generate timely and accurate service reports on work, product performance, and warranties.
• Provide recommendations for improved electrical systems.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, team members, and partners.
• Mentor less experienced technicians.
