Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Field Service Engineer in the United States as part of its Electrical Engineering Services and Systems team. The role focuses on delivering technical solutions to customer power problems across diverse environments and regions.

You will participate in a structured development program designed to build leadership and technical expertise, with hands-on projects, training, and mentorship. The position involves travel, OT eligibility, and a company vehicle provision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution with graduation date before August 2027
• Minimum overall GPA 2.8
• Minimum internship/co‑op experience or 3 months in a technician/maintenance role working on machines/vehicles/equipment
• U.S. relocation flexibility and valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Work on assigned projects for electrical power distribution equipment
• Provide technical solutions to customers
• Perform complex engineering assignments involving design, testing, studies or investigations
• Demonstrate proficiency in test equipment operation, troubleshooting, protective relays and power quality measurements
• Generate timely service reports on work, performance, and warranties
