Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Field Service Engineer in the United States as part of its Electrical Engineering Services and Systems global service team. You’ll work on electrical power distribution projects, delivering technical solutions to customers across diverse environments and locations.

The program includes a structured training curriculum and mentorship to develop technical skills and future leadership capabilities, with travel and field assignments nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution with graduation date before August 2027.
• Minimum overall GPA of 2.8.
• Minimum internship/co-op or 3 months of technician/maintenance experience with machines or equipment.

Responsibilities

• Work on assigned projects for electrical power distribution equipment.
• Deliver technical solutions to customers.
• Perform complex engineering assignments including testing, design, or process studies.
• Generate timely service reports on work, product performance, and warranties.
• Assist in field service activities across diverse customer environments.
