Job summary

Eaton’s Engineering Service & Systems Division is seeking a Senior Field Service Representative to join our team in the United States. You will be responsible for field service across the power system lifecycle, including startup, commissioning support, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting.

The role requires the ability to manage small projects, lead teams, travel as needed, and produce timely service reports. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work nights/weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience evaluating and servicing electrical distribution or control systems.
• No relocation offered; candidates within 70-mile radius.
• Current, unrestricted driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Support customers across the power system lifecycle: startup, commissioning, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, upgrades and emergencies.
• Manage small projects independently and lead FSR teams on larger projects.
• Generate timely and accurate service reports on work, product performance, and warranties.
• Provide recommendations for improved electrical systems and maintenance practices.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, team members, and partners.
• Mentor less experienced technicians.
