Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division seeks a Senior Field Service Representative to support customers across the power system lifecycle, from startup to maintenance and upgrades. You will lead small projects and mentor technicians while delivering timely service reports.

The role requires 3+ years in testing and servicing electrical distribution or control systems, a high school diploma or higher, and an unrestricted driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher with at least 3 years of experience testing, troubleshooting, evaluating, and servicing electrical distribution and control systems.
• Experience testing, troubleshooting, evaluating, and servicing electrical distribution and control systems.
• Willingness to travel and obtain required qualifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support customers across the power system lifecycle: startup, commissioning, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, and emergencies.
• Manage small projects independently and lead FSR teams on larger projects.
• Generate timely and accurate service reports on work, product performance, and warranties.
• Provide recommendations for improved electrical systems.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, team members, and partners.
