Lam Research is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer (FSE) to lead complex troubleshooting and technical recovery. You will act as Engineer in Charge, owning projects from plan to execution, coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes structured problem solving, MBPS artifacts, and clear technical communication. Occasional travel and hybrid/on-site work support business needs globally.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field required.
• 7+ years of semiconductor equipment service, installation, escalation, or product-support experience for FSE4.
• Demonstrated leadership as EIC or senior technical lead on complex projects.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as EIC or senior technical owner for assigned toolsets with clear accountability.
• Lead complex troubleshooting from containment to resolution and prevention.
• Develop executable game plans with defined resources and success criteria.
• Prepare technical reports, escalation packages, and executive summaries.
• Present status and conclusions to customers and leadership forums.
• Train and mentor new hires and developing FSEs during OJT and certifications.
• Provide hands-on leadership during core business hours and support off-shift needs.
