Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support Blood Management Centers and hospitals in the Phoenix, AZ area. You will install, maintain, repair, and upgrade complex instrument systems onsite within a defined territory and ensure customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

Travel up to 75% is expected; strong problem-solving and technical writing skills are required, with focus on part inventory, documentation in SFDC, and collaboration with internal support teams to

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or related degree.
• 5–8 years of technical field service experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, repair, and maintain instrument systems in defined territory.
• Provide onsite technical assistance, coordinate new system placements and upgrades.
• Manage service parts inventory and complete documentation in SFDC the same day.
• Edit, write, and modify service manuals and SOPs; support quality data reporting.
• Drive customer satisfaction and act as main interface between field and support teams.
