Job summary

Haemonetics Corp is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support Blood Management Centers and Hospitals on-site in Phoenix, AZ. You will install, maintain, repair, and manage instrument systems within the local territory with up to 75% travel.

Interface with field and internal teams to drive upgrades and renewals, provide on-site guidance and training, and maintain service documentation in SFDC. Requires a BS in engineering and 5–8 years of field service experience.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related degree or military experience.
• 5-8 years relevant experience in technical field service.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of time.
• Strong problem solving ability and self-motivation.
• Excellent verbal and written communications; good technical writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, repair, and maintain instrument systems in defined territory.
• Manage spare parts and service operations; use SFDC for documentation.
• Provide on-site guidance and training for proper operation and maintenance.
• Coordinate with field and internal teams; promote upgrades and renewals.
• Edit, write, and modify service manuals and SOPs.
• Document service activities in a timely manner.
