Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, repair, and maintain instrument systems within defined territory.
• Provide on-site field support and customer interface to drive satisfaction.
• Coordinate new system placements, parts management, and contract renewals with internal teams.
• Document service activities in SFDC and contribute to manuals/SOPs.
