Haemonetics is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support Blood Management Centers and Hospitals onsite in the Phoenix, AZ area. The role focuses on installation, preventive maintenance, repair, and base management within the local territory, with travel as required. Residency near Phoenix is required for commuting to the airport.

The position requires a BS in engineering, 5–8 years of field service experience, and strong problem-solving and communication abilities. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant field service experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of time.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Good technical writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and install, upgrade, repair, and maintain instruments in territory.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and assist with spare parts management and issue resolution.
• Provide on-site technical guidance and training on operation and maintenance.
• Coordinate new system placements and support contract renewals.
• Edit and contribute to service manuals and SOPs.
